Vertical Blinds

Manufactured using the Eclipse Impala headrail system, which is both attractive and robust, making it suitable for domestic and commercial installations. Available in white or brown. The system has the benefits of equal spacing between louvres, ensuring no unsightly bunching at either end. Louvres are cut automatically by machine to guarantee accuracy and then machine sewn for a quality finish.

Roller Blinds

Produced on a double electric 5 x 4 metre table which ensures a square cut every time. We have a very good reputation throughout the trade as a supplier of quality Roller blinds and supply some prestigous accounts in the U.K. We use the Louvolite system, which offers various tube sizes dependent on the size of the blind and weight of material used. The plunger system makes fitting the blind very simple.

Venetian Blinds

We manufacure 25mm and 16mm Venetians. Our automatic machine forms the slatting, before assembling it into the ladder cords, punching and cording it. The top and bottom rails, which are all colour co-ordinated are then added. We can supply 35mm and 50mm Venetians, but the demand is minimal, therefore we do not manufacture them ourselves

Pleated Blinds

Our freehang pleated are supplied using the Louvolite headrail,which has a good,reliable cord lock and has the lift cord running over small brass rollers to ensure a smooth action. We specialise in Pleated Roof blinds and consider ourselves to be among the best supplier of this technically difficult product. Whilst standard rectangular roof blinds are relatively simple to install,we advise anyone not totally au-fait with shaped blinds to contact us for more technical advice. The uni-pleat system ensures uniformity of pleats throughout the drop.

Roman Blinds

The most recent addition to our product range. The blind is actually put onto a Venetian blind headrail, which gives it a very smooth action when raising or lowering. The built in cord lock removes any need for a cleat and enables the blind to be locked in any position. We offer a range of materials,all fully lined,or,alternatively we will make the blind using fabric supplied by the customer.

Packing

Often overlooked, but very important, we have a specific section of our factory for packing. Taking advice from our customers, we have refined our packaging over the years and whilst it is impossible to guarantee an undamaged package, we do everything possible to enable the consignment to survive the carriers journey. All parcels are sent carriage free with next day delivery.
